Health and Safety
HALCYON Offshore has a global operations team of more than 450 people and we follow the same standard in our operations all over the world. We are vigilant in our actions and take care not to cause any harm to the environment, our company personnel and visitors to our premises.
We operate our businesses with a strict focus on delivering this standard and have implemented a number of relevant processes and procedures, including a detailed Safety Policy. In addition, we have a trained and experienced team dedicated to the sole purpose of ensuring that our yards meet the required health and safety standards.
Health and Safety is an important factor in all our activities. We carry out all our work in a manner that shows consideration for our own employees, our clients, contractors and other parties. Our goal for health and safety is for no accidents, incidents or harm to come to people (either internally or externally).
Environment
HALCYON Offshore strives to conduct our operations in an environmentally friendly manner. We are fully cognisant of the potential impact that our business can have on the environment, and in particular the state of the land on which we operate.
To ensure that the environment is not harmed we performed environmental baseline studies on our premises and continue to monitor the condition of our yards and industrial discharge to ensure that there is no detrimental impact to the surrounding area.
Our products and HSE policies are continuously reviewed internally, as well as by the audit teams of our clients.
